Booking Requirements
New patients are required to pay $290.76 (including 2.02% processing fee + GST) at the time of booking to confirm your initial appointment. All booking payments are non-refundable.
Third-Party Payers
Third-party payers (DVA, WorkCover, CTP insurance) require prior approval from our Administration Team before booking.
Exception: Queensland Police Members can book directly online without prior approval.

Medicine Assisted Therapy
Book directly with our Administration Team.
Appointment Fees
$285 per 50-minute appointment. Extended 80-minute appointments available - please contact Administration Team.
Payment Terms
New patients: Full payment required at booking.
Returning patients: Payment required on completion (In-Person) or prior to appointment (Telehealth). Administration will contact you on the day to process Telehealth payments.
Applicable Medicare rebates will be processed upon appointment completion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Pre-paid appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior without penalty.
Late cancellation fees:
→ 48-24 hours: $200 fee
→ Within 24 hours: Full $285 fee
→ No-show: Full $285 fee
Late arrival: Arriving 15+ minutes late results in cancellation and full $285 fee.
Important: Medicare rebates do not apply to late cancellation or no-show fees.
