Medicine Assisted Therapy Appointments
Due to the introduction of Medicine Assisted Therapy services, Tuesday appointments are no longer available for online booking. These appointments must be scheduled through our Administration Team via telephone or in-person only. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Booking Requirements
New patients booking through our online portal must pay a non-refundable booking deposit of $51.17 (including 1.7% +0.30 cent surcharge) to secure your appointment. The balance of $180.00 will be required either on completion for In-Person appointments OR prior to your Telehealth appointment as set out below. Any applicable Medicare rebates will be processed on completion of your appointment.
Appointment fees: $230 per 50-minute appointment with our psychologists. Extended 80-minute appointments are available, contact Administration to book.
Payment Terms
Telehealth appointments require payment prior to your appointment. Our Administration Team will contact you on the day of your appointment to process payment over the phone. Medicare rebates will be processed upon completion of your appointment.
Cancellation and Attendance Policy
Late cancellation fees:
-> 48-24 hours notice: $180 fee
-> Less than 24 hours notice: Full $230 fee
Late arrival: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and charged the full $230 fee.
