MEDICARE REBATES
If you have obtained a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, please request they email this to Hannah@nextdoorcounselling.com.au, or you can forward it to me directly if you have a copy.
APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY
If there is a specific time you require that isn’t available on the calendar, please reach out to us via email or on 0458 103 287 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it, life happens! However, we kindly ask you for a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this notice is not provided a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your invoice.
