MEDICARE REBATES
If you have obtained a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, please ask them to send it via email to Hannah@nextdoorcounselling.com.au, or you can forward it to me directly if you have a copy.
APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY
If there is a specific time you require that isn’t available on the calendar, please reach out via email or on 0458 103 287 and I will do my best to accommodate you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware of the cancellation policy: if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees.
