-30-minute appointments: These appear on the online booking sessions page and are intended for your first contact with us after the 'ADHD, ASD (Autism) & General Mental Health Non-Diagnostic Pre-Screen (Stage 1) ' package is selected and completed.
2-hour appointments are reserved for Clinical Interviews, which are typically scheduled 2–3 weeks after the initial pre-screeners have been completed.
-1-hour appointments: Available for General Psychology Sessions and ADHD Coaching and Support.
Next Steps After Booking:
Following your complimentary 15-minute consultation, once you've booked the ADHD, ASD (Autism) & General Mental Health Non-Diagnostic Pre-Screen (Stage 1), you'll receive initial administrative documents and complete your online screeners (using gold-standard psychological assessment tools). Once completed, you'll have a 30-minute consultation with your psychologist to discuss the results and recommendations. You can then choose whether to proceed with a formal diagnosis or wait.
