🧠 ADHD Coaching (with Vanessa Worland)
ADHD Coaching sessions are provided by Vanessa Worland, our Allied Health Support Worker & ADHD Coach.
Available Tuesdays and Thursdays (online).
To book, simply select “ADHD Coaching” from the list below.
These 60-minute sessions focus on organisation, motivation, time-management, emotional regulation, and practical daily-living strategies.
📘 Diagnostic Assessments (ADHD / ASD / Mental Health)
All diagnostic assessments are completed by Simone Novak, Psychologist.
If you are completing an ADHD, ASD (Autism) or Mental Health diagnostic assessment:
Start with the “ADHD, ASD (Autism) & General Mental Health Non-Diagnostic Pre-Screen (Stage 1)” package.
Your first appointment will be a 30-minute Initial Consultation with Simone.
Simone will guide you through all questionnaires, interviews, and the next steps.
🟡 NDIS Assessments
All NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments and clinical reports are completed exclusively by:

⏳ Appointment Types Explained
15-minute appointments – Complimentary initial conversation to clarify needs.
30-minute appointments – Initial consultation following a diagnostic package booking.
