Neudle Psychology
Welcome to the Neudle Psychology Client Portal
This is where existing clients can book, manage, and pay for appointments.
If you’re new to Neudle, please submit a booking request. You’ll receive an invite when it’s time to create your account and start booking.

Bookings
• Please read our Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy before booking.
• Ensure to book the correct appointment type for your funding or rebate.
• Existing clients can book up to 10 sessions in advance, at a maximum of one per week.
• If you already have ongoing appointments, new slots may not appear. If you’d like to book another batch, please email us for assistance.

Payments
• Payment is due on completion of each session, or in advance if preferred.
• Use My Invoices to pay securely by card, or open your invoice to find our bank transfer / PayID details shown at the bottom.
• If paying by bank transfer, your invoice number must be used as the payment reference so it can be matched correctly.

Rebates & Funding
• After full payment, eligible rebates are usually processed within two working days.
• If your funding or insurance type changes (e.g. Medicare to NDIS), please email us before booking so we can ensure rebates and NDIS invoices are processed correctly.
• NDIS participants can discuss billing with their Plan Manager or Support Coordinator.

Changes & Cancellations
• You can cancel or reschedule through My Appointments.
• At least 48 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees.
