NEW CLIENTS
Not all clinicians appear on the calendar. If your preferred clinician isn’t listed, they may be fully booked. We can often arrange an initial appointment via phone or email—contact (02) 9438 2511 or hello@mindboxpsychology.com.au.
Select Initial Consultation when when booking as a new client. You’ll receive an intake form so we can confirm the best clinician fit before finalising your appointment.

FEES
Initial Consultation (60 min): $310
Subsequent Consultation (50 min): $280
Medicare rebate: $96.65–$145.45 (if eligible)
REBATES
A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is required for Medicare rebates. Private health rebates may also apply—check with your provider.
CURRENT CLIENTS
Only book with your assigned clinician—appointments with others will be cancelled.
Use the ‘My Appointment’ section to manage or cancel sessions.
PAYMENT DETAILS
When you receive a payment link, it's deidentified for security.
If you log in via the client portal, you'll need to consent to save your card details each time. This helps protect your payment information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 business hours’ notice (Mon–Fri) is required. Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full fee.
