Appointment times are shown in your local time zone. If you are travelling or booking from a different location, please be mindful that the time shown may not reflect your usual time zone.
Bookings show as 45 minutes, but actual durations are:
60 min (first consultation)
50 min (subsequent consultation)
45 min (school consultations)
NEW CLIENTS: After booking, you'll be emailed an intake form. If a different practitioner is better suited to treat the condition(s) you need support with, we may need adjust your appointment time and practitioner via phone call. Prepayment is required. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance.
CURRENT CLIENTS: Book only with your assigned practitioner—appointments with other clinicians will be cancelled. To cancel an existing appointment, go to 'My Appointments'.
Cancellation Policy: 24 business hours' notice (Mon–Fri) is required for cancellations, or the full fee applies. To cancel within 24 hours, call (02) 9438 2511.
