Session Durations & Fees:
Initial Consultation (60 min): $310 (Medicare rebate: $96.65 - $141.85 if eligible)
Subsequent Consultation (50 min:) $280 (Medicare rebate: $96.65 - $141.85 if eligible)
To claim a partial rebate through Medicare, you'll need to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. Private health insurance rebates may also apply - check with your provider.
NEW CLIENTS:
After booking, you will receive an intake form via email. We strive to match you with the clinician best suited to your needs. If we determine that another practitioner would be more appropriate for your condition(s), we may need to adjust your appointment and will contact you to discuss the best option. Not all clinicians are listed online. If you can't find a suitable time, call our office at (02) 9438 2511 or email hello@mindboxpsychology.com.au to discuss your options.
CURRENT CLIENTS:
Please book only with your assigned practitioner - appointments made with other clinicians will be cancelled. To cancel an existing appointment, go to 'My Appointment".
CANCELLATION POLICY:
24 business hours' notice (Mon-Fri) is required for cancellations, or the full fee applies. To cancel within 24 hours, call (02) 9438 2511.
