New client bookings require a deposit of $50 that will be deducted from your initial appointment fee. This is a non-refundable deposit. Recurring appointments will not require this deposit, but the cancellation policy still applies. If you are a new client under the NDIS, DVA, Open Arms or ADF do not book your first appointment online, instead call us on 02 4003 4804 or email reception@lacunapsychology.com.au. Follow up appointments can be scheduled using this booking page.
