New client bookings require a deposit of $50 that will be deducted from your initial appointment fee. This is non-refundable. Recurring appointments will not require this deposit, but the cancellation policy still applies. If you do not want to pay a deposit you can book via phone 02 4003 4804.
If you are attending via NDIS, DVA, Open Arms, Victim Services or ADF do not book your first appointment via this portal. Follow up appointments may be booked via this portal as there is no deposit required for follow up appointments.
