Welcome to John Blythe Child Psychology's Client Portal. Here you can book, change, cancel or create additional appointments. You can also see your future appointments, make a payment and view your payment history.
Create a Client Profile: You first need to register on the portal by clicking the "Login" button above. Please remember to register using your child's name or your name, depending on who is the direct client of our service.
As per company policy, clients may hold up to three upcoming appointments at a time. This helps ensure fair access to appointments for all clients. If more than three appointments are booked, the additional ones may be cancelled. Additional sessions can be booked once one of your scheduled appointments has been attended.
Medicare Clients
• A valid referral letter from your referring doctor must be on file with us (at time of appointment) to claim a Medicare rebate.
NDIS Participants
• Existing NDIS clients: Please select the relevant service covered by your plan. Fees will be debited against your NDIS account.
Payments
• Payments (and rebates) will be processed within 12-24 hours of the attended appointment.
Late Cancellation / No Shows
• Cancellations, No-shows, and Reschedules giving less than a 48 hour notice will be charged the full appointment fee. In exceptional circumstances (such as accident or illness), please call our client service officers on (02) 9622 9610.
