Welcome to John Blythe Child Psychology's online Client Portal (beta). The Client Portal may be utilised to book, reschedule or check appointments. The Client Portal also provides access to invoice history.
At present this platform is being trialled by our team. As such, this platform is currently only set up for private/Medicare client appointments being scheduled with Nada Kakovska (Registered Psychologist) [Telehealth-only clinician].

Upon first use of the Client Portal you will be required to create an account using the "Register Here" button. (Please note: the verification code may take a few minutes to be received). For subsequent use, you will be able to use your account login to access the bookings portal.

**Medicare/Private Clients**
- Initial Consultation/Parent Interview | $224.65 [50 min]
- Subsequent Telehealth Session | $224.65 [50 min]
* A valid MHCP/referral must be provided before initial session for Medicare rebates.
Please note that an Initial Consultation serves as a way to deem suitability for the service and does not guarantee ongoing appointments.
**Payments**
- Payment of the service will be processed within 12-24 hours of the booked appointment
- No-shows, reschedules and cancellations less than 48 hours of the appointment will be charged and are non-refundable
**New Clients**
Please ensure you have completed the following forms (sent via email upon registration) 5 days before your initial consultation:
- Explanation of Services
- Consent Form
- Intake Form
Failure to complete these forms will result in cancellation of your appointment.
