FOR NEW CLIENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO BOOK WITH SARAH SHEPPARD: instead of booking through the portal, please complete our brief new client contact form. A member of our reception team will contact you to discuss booking options. All new clients will be contacted by reception to provide additional appointment information and ensure referral suitability.
Online payment via Stripe is optional - in-person payment is still available.
Please note that Thursday appointments with Kirsty Harvey are only available via telehealth or telephone. On Tuesdays, Kirsty is available for face-to-face appointments as well as telehealth sessions.
You can cancel or reschedule your own appointments through this portal, up to 48 hours prior to a booking. To cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time, please email admin@sheppardpsychology.com and include your name and the date and time of the appointment you need to cancel. Alternatively, you can reply to the appointment reminder email and advise you would like to cancel. Per our cancellation policy, cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee, unless the appointment time is booked by another client.
