This booking portal is for both of our Frewville clinics - Sheppard Psychology and Adelaide Anxiety & Phobia Clinic. Please read the appointment descriptions carefully when choosing your appointment type.
Online payment via Stripe is optional - in-person payment is still available.
New clients will be contacted by reception to provide additional appointment information and ensure referral suitability.
Please note that Thursday appointments with Kirsty Harvey are only available via telehealth or telephone, not in-person.
You can cancel or reschedule your own appointments through this portal, up to 48 hours prior to a booking. To cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time, please email admin@sheppardpsychology.com and include your name and the date and time of the appointment you need to cancel. Alternatively, you can reply to the appointment reminder email and advise you would like to cancel. Per our cancellation policy, cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee, unless the appointment time is booked by another client.
