- New Clients: Upon booking, you will receive an email with your appointment information and initial paperwork. This can be completed online via the links provided, or via the Client Portal (see 'My Forms'). Our admin team will review your booking/referral information and will reach out if we need to speak with you in advance of your initial appointment. Please contact our office on 1300 229 906 should you have any questions about our services or booking options.
- Current Clients: Thank you for using the Ability Client Portal. Please be aware that due to the nature of services provided, an appointment may only be booked via the portal with your usual practitioner. In the event that you wish to see an alternate practitioner, please contact our office on 1300 229 906 to make arrangements.
