Please book an assessment appointment with an Exercise physiologist prior to joining group exercise classes (Maryborough and Castlemaine) or a Physiotherapist prior to joining the Pilates or GLAD group classes (Castlemaine only).
Please note that our Vertigo/Vestibular assessment services are provided only at the Maryborough and Castlemaine locations. Our Diabetes educator and dietitian (dietetics) services are only provided in Castlemaine.
