Pre-payment: Pre-payment of sessions (via credit card) is available through the portal. This is OPTIONAL and is not required to secure your appointment. Rebates from Medicare or private health insurance are able to be claimed only after completion of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Yellow Gum Psychology requires notice of 48 hours (2 business days) to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring a cancellation fee. In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the cancellation period, you will need to contact the clinic. Late cancellations or non-attendance incur a fee.
