you will be provided with a receipt for you to claim online.
HOW TO LOGIN-
For new users click 'Register here' and follow the prompts.
For previous users of the site press 'Login' and enter your email and password and press 'Login'.
*TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT - After you login, press 'Book an appointment' and follow the steps. NB- your appointment will appear as
'pending' until you attend for your appointment.
*NB- if you are booking for your child/family member then please press the 'Add note' link and type who the appointment if for.
