Please ensure you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (referral) addressed to The LikeMind Lounge completed with your GP to access your Medicare Rebate. If you do not have a Mental Health Care Plan, you can still attend however you will be required to pay an additional $87.25 at the time of your appointment.
