Bookings:
The client portal is your hub for booking, managing & rescheduling appointments. You can also access your invoices & session history anytime.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:
• Instructions for accessing online sessions
• My Online Intake Form & Questionnaire (please complete this before your appointment)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% late cancellation fee.
Location:
All sessions are currently held online to prioritise health & safety during my recovery from breast cancer treatment. Thank you for your understanding & flexibility during this time.
Payment:
Invoices are issued after each session & include my bank details for direct deposit (preferred method of payment). If you need a payment plan or wish to pay via credit card, please discuss this with me before starting treatment.
