Thank you for visiting the client portal. Here you can securely book, manage, or update your Telehealth appointments and complete any required forms before your session.
Before Your Appointment
Please complete all intake and consent forms before your first session.
If you are attending under a Mental Health Treatment Plan, please ensure your GP referral and plan have been emailed prior to your first appointment.
Sessions are held via secure, confidential Telehealth video. Please ensure you:
Have a quiet, private space free from distractions
Use a reliable internet connection and device with camera and microphone
Log in a few minutes early to check your setup
Fees and Payment
Session fees are processed at the time of your appointment using the card securely stored on file.
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, this will be processed on the same day.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% session fee.
Cancellations or non-attendance within 24 hours incur the full session fee.
You can manage your bookings directly through this portal.
Telehealth Boundaries
While Telehealth is a flexible and accessible way to receive psychological care, it may not be suitable for all situations. If your psychologist believes a different service would be more appropriate, alternative options will be discussed with you.
In Case of Crisis
Sophie O’Dwyer Psychology is not a crisis service and is unable to provide immediate support outside of scheduled appointments.
