Please note that Ivana's Monday and Tuesday appointments are reserved for young people and their families (e.g. Clients under 20 years' old).
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do this more than 48 hours in advance (business days). This enables us to give that appointment to someone else on the waitlist, and avoids late cancellation fees that are applied for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. Please note that cancellations can only be done through the portal at least 4 days in advance of your appointment. If you need to cancel within 4 days, please contact our friendly admin team to reschedule!
