Welcome to Socra Hub's client portal, where you can book your appointments directly, manage existing appointments or look at past or current invoices. Socra Hub is accepting new clients.
For new clients, select the "Book Appointment" button at the bottom of this page to choose your service type before selecting your appointment time and registering a new account.
In registering your account, you may be asked to enter a 4-digit code that is sent via email. If you don't receive it, please check the spam folder. You may wish to add Socra Hub's email address to the Safe Senders List in your email account settings. Remember to keep a record of your password! You can always reset it by selecting "Login" and the link at the bottom if you forget it.
Select "My Appointments" to view all your upcoming appointments.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment:
1. Select the appointment
2. Select the red cross to "Cancel Appointment"
3. Go to "Book Appointment" and book a new time
You will receive an email confirming your updated appointment information.
Payment is required at the time of booking your appointment, using the encrypted Stripe credit card payment service. Select "My Invoices" to view all your invoices.
Your bookings will be set as 'pending' until you confirm via email 2 business days before the appointment.
You will only be able to cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the session booking time, as per Socra Hub's cancellation and rescheduling policy.
