Below is a simple step-by-step guide to help you book your session with ease.
đť How to Book a Session
1. Log In or Create an Account
Click the âLoginâ or âSign Upâ button in the top right corner.
If weâve worked together before, just log in with your email and password.
If youâre new here, follow the prompts to create your accountâitâs quick and easy.
2. Choose Your Service
Take a look through the list of available sessions and pick the one that feels right for you.
You can click on each option to see more info about whatâs included, the time involved, and pricing.
3. Select a Date & Time
Choose a time slot from the calendar that works for you.
⨠If youâre outside Australia, just double-check the time zone setting to make sure it lines up with your local time.
4. Confirm Your Booking
Review the details, fill in anything required (like the intake form if youâre new), and click Confirm Booking to lock it in.
5. Payment Info
To secure your booking, full payment is required in advance. An online payment link will be sent to your email once your appointment is scheduled. Please note that a 2.5% transaction fee applies.
Payment must be completed prior to your session in order to confirm your booking.
đŠ After You Book
Youâll get a confirmation email with all the details you need, including location or your Google Meet link if your session is online.
A friendly reminder will also be sent 24 hours before we meet.
đ Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
You can log into your account anytime and go to My Bookings to make changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hoursâ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
