Cancellation Policy
This policy is backed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure it is fair, transparent, and protects both clients and the practice.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel. This policy helps us manage time fairly for everyone while keeping your rights protected.
✦ Full Fee
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee, payable on the day of cancellation.
✦ Late Cancellations
If you reschedule immediately at the time of cancellation, the full fee is replaced with our concession rate of $110.
✦ Alternative Options
Can’t make it in person? Switch to a Zoom or phone session (just give a couple of hours’ notice). No extra cost applies.
✦ Reminders & Payment
SMS and email reminders are provided as a courtesy.
Non-attendance fees still apply even if reminders are not received.
Bookings will only be confirmed once a secure payment method is provided.
✦ Why This Policy Exists
Late changes mean your spot cannot usually be filled at short notice, though the costs of providing your session remain the same. Just like work hours, unpaid time feels unfair—so we ask for your understanding.
✦ Consideration for Others
Late cancellations reduce availability for other clients who may need support. Your cooperation helps us run sessions fairly and effectively.
✦ Non-Payment
Unpaid fees may be referred to a debt collection agency.
