Welcome to the Scopic Care Family Services and Therapy Client Portal – your secure space for managing appointments and forms with ease.

New Clients
We’re so glad you’re here.

To get started, please click on 'Book Appointment', Register, follow the prompts and then book a Standard Initial Appointment (60 minutes) . Once your booking is reviewed and accepted by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Scopic Care.

Following this, you’ll be sent a link to complete your new client intake forms. These forms must be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment.


Return Clients
Welcome back – we’re looking forward to seeing you again.

Please login, book either a Standard or Long Subsequent Appointment, depending on your needs. Your practitioner will update the appointment type accordingly. One confirmed, you’ll receive your appointment confirmation and invoice details.
