NEW CLIENTS - Please do not hesitate to call our friendly SCMBH Administration team on (03) 9068 3228 before using the portal to clarify use. Note. PLEASE SELECT THE GENERAL SERVICE FOR YOUR CLINICIAN (BEST FIT). The team can change on our end as needed and this does not impact on your booking.
You can add a message with the booking that includes details of your engagement (i.e., Telehealth, WorkSafe, DVA, Open Arms) for our administrative team to adjust.
All clients wishing to access the Medicare MBS Rebate must have a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. In order to receive the rebate, you must not have already utilised the available sessions you are eligible for in the current calendar year. GAP fee paying clients will be expected to pay the full amount on the day, with the Medicare Rebate returned to your account overnight.
Private clients (no Medicare consults remaining or available) will be expected to pay a full fee on the day.
Concession card holders may be offered a concession rate - determined by the individual clinician.
