This Portal is only for use by EXISTING CLIENTS and/or CLIENTS WHO HAVE RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM SCMBH TO USE THE PORTAL
NEW CLIENTS - Please do not hesitate to call our friendly SCMBH Administration team on (03) 9068 3228 before using the portal to clarify use.
USING THE PORTAL: 1. PLEASE SELECT THE GENERIC SERVICE FOR YOUR CLINICIAN (BEST FIT - 50min or 80min). The team can change on our end as needed and this does not impact on your booking. 2. Depending on the clinician you are booking with, your START TIME may be moved 30min to the HOUR or HALF-HOUR to suit the calendar. We will notify of any adjustments following booking. 3. You can add a message with the booking that includes details of your engagement (i.e., Telehealth, WorkSafe, DVA, Open Arms) for our administrative team to adjust.
a) All clients wishing to access the Medicare MBS Rebate must have a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP with consults available. b) Private clients (no Medicare consults remaining or available) will be expected to pay a full fee on the day. c) Concession card holders may be offered a concession rate - this is at the discretion of the individual clinician.
