✅ Our focus is long-term, wholistic skin health. We offer comprehensive treatment plans and customised treatments, not quick scripts. All treatment decisions are guided by what’s clinically appropriate, in line with the Medical Board of Australia’s Telehealth Guidelines.
✅ To confirm your appointment, you must submit your completed medical form and clear photos at least 24 BUSINESS HOURS before your appointment. If these aren't received in time, your booking will be cancelled & fee forfeited. Please give yourself time to complete these when choosing an appointment.

✅ We require 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Your consultation fee is non-refundable if you:
* Cancel or reschedule late
* Miss your appointment
* Arrive 5+ minutes late
* Wear makeup or tinted sunscreen
* Choose not to proceed with your care plan
* Don't submit paperwork or photos
