Your intake forms will arrive by email one day before your appointment. Please complete them in advance to maximise your session time.
Please note: Protocol & Co operates on AEST. Until your time zone is setup by you during the account setup, booking reminders may automate to AEST. The booking system should detect any users outside of QLD and adjust accordingly, however if you are unsure please feel free to check by emailing hello@protocolandco.com
To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required and will be deducted from your total consultation fee. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, so this also removes the need to take details over the phone, consistent with standard practice for online medical and health consultations.
