Welcome to PAWS Psychology online booking management portal
* New clients are invited to book a 15min discovery call with Robyn. An intake form will be emailed to you which is required to be completed a minimum two business days prior to the call. During the discovery call Robyn will discuss the booking of future appointments.
* To book a new appointment under two days, please contact our reception team by phone 03 7020 9100 or emailing admin@pawspsychology.com.au
* Existing clients please use the email address currently recorded with PAWS or email email us to amend. For security emails with online form links cannot be forwarded to another address as the link will not open.
* PAWS team members can reset your password if required
* As per the PAWS Psychology late cancellation / non-attendance policy appointments requiring to be rescheduled or cancelled under two days will need to contact PAWS admin team by email or phone as a cancellation fee may apply.
* Appointments can be booked up to three months in advance via the portal. If wishing to book beyond three months please chat to Robyn at your next appointment of email the admin team.
* Payment of sessions is optional at the time of booking your appointment. Initial appointments will need to paid in full at the time of booking.
* Via this portal you will be able to locate past invoices and view or print as required.
