From this portal you can schedule an INTAKE PHONE CALL with one of our admin team.
During this phone call our admin team will ask you some basic questions aiming to understand what you're needing help with and to determine whether the Wattle Tree Clinic is the most suitable clinic for you (or your child's) care.
Once this call is completed, our admin team will instruct you on the next steps for a booking.
