A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged to your stored credit card on the day of your clinical interview. If you are wanting to use AfterPay, this is a separate process and requires you to make full payment online here: https://www.neurodiversepsych.com/product-page/assessment-comprehensive-report
You need to understand the terms and conditions for this and complete the consent form also for this via the links above. Once you have booked in via AfterPay, Neurodiverse will book you in for Jen's next available clinical appointment. If this time does not work for you, let us know and we will change it.
