If you are unsure what appointment type to book or can't find a suitable time, please contact us on 0423 474 271 or at admin@natanddarcy.com. We can manipulate our calendar to make you fit, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
If you haven't been in to the clinic for more than 12 months, please book an INITIAL consultation. We will need to update our health records so you are classified as a new patient.
If you are booking for your pet, please use their name as follows: First DOG/CAT Last. Then we will know to expect a pet, not a human!
If you are booking for a family member, please use THEIR name and contact details when prompted.
If neither of these options are available, please just pop a note in against your booking detailing who the appointment is for.
