Please keep details of this password in a safe place. If you lose your password please email hello@crosswaycounselling.org.au Please pay at the time of booking Crossway clients are charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hours If you have prepaid for an appointment but have cancelled it within the allowed time frame you will have a credit with the centre. If you then want to make a new appointment please do not do it online but contact the centre via email to book the appointment.
