Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy;
Due to the fact that we provide one-on-one hands-on consultations and set aside time for you, we ask for a minimum 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We send out reminder texts the day before.
Repeat late cancellations and non-attendance to appointments will incur a non attendance fee of $44.00.

To ensure smooth service delivery and respectful use of time and resources, all appointments must be paid for on the day of the appointment.
💳 Payment can be made via EFTPOS, HICAPS or cash.
⏰ If payment is not received on the day, future bookings may be paused until the account is settled.
