PRACTICE POLICY
- Full prepayment is required for all initial consultations.
- By booking an appointment online, you agree with the practice cancellation policy outlined in the terms and conditions within the appointment confirmation section.
MEDICARE REBATE
Please select Medicare Initial/Subsequent if you are using a Mental Health Care Plan and claiming a Medicare rebate. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan please ask your GP to send this electronically to us at info@livelylifestylespsychology.com.
COUPLES COUNSELLING
Couples counselling currently cannot be booked online via the Portal. If you would like to organise this please email us so that we can find a suitable time. Please note - no Medicare Rebate applies for couples counselling appointments.
