Welcome to the Livala Patient Portal where you can book Video Telehealth appointments, manage your appointments online, check invoices and make payment.
New patients All new patient appts are 60 mins. (90 mins if mum + baby, eg postnatal or lactation consult) A deposit of $105 is required for NEW patients to confirm your appointment. This is taken off your consultation fee or refunded if you have cancelled with more than 12 hrs notice. If your appt is postnatal (mum + baby who is less than 12 mths old) please book the appt in mum's name first. You both must be registered as patients.
Existing patients Patients who have seen Dr Bradley elsewhere in the last 12 mths can book a review appt - but PLEASE complete both online registration forms to ensure all info is up to date.
Telehealth Medicare Rebate Information: Rebates are available for Telehealth consults if you fulfill ONE of the following:
- If Dr Bradley has provided at least one face-to-face service to you in the 12 mths (365 days) before your appointment
- children under 12 mths of age
- mental health consultations & plans (some conditions apply)
- Consultations considered to be "Blood borne virus & sexual reproductive health consults" (includes most women's health, fertility & pregnancy related consults)
- antenatal consults (capped rebate)
Rebates are likely to be higher if: 1. You & your family have registered for and crossed the Extended Medicare Safety Net Threshold for the current year (rebate is approx 85% of the fee)
2. If you have seen Dr Bradley face to face in the last 12 months - you are then eligible for higher video telehealth rebates for appts >60+ mins.
