This portal allows you to view, book, cancel and reschedule your appointments at any time.
NEW CLIENTS
To create an account, select 'Login' in the top right-hand corner, select 'Register Here' and follow the prompts. You will receive a welcome email which will include forms for completion. Please complete the forms prior to attending your appointment.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
When booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking. Should you need to cancel, this deposit can be credited for another session provided the notice period complies with our cancellation policy.
Please advise us in the NOTES section if you would prefer this appointment to be via telehealth (video or phone), and provide a brief summary about why you are attending. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive confirmation via email.
MEDICARE
If you have a GP referral (MHCP) and this is your first appointment with us, please request your GP to send us a copy, or bring it along to your initial appointment to receive a Medicare rebate.
PRIVATE
Please let us know if you intend to use your private health rebate and we will include this in your invoices for claiming.
NDIS
Please provide details of your NDIS plan such as NDIS number, plan dates, and plan manager (if applicable), or send your NDIS plan and details to us via email.
RESCHEDULING
To reschedule an appointment, please follow the steps below:
1.Cancel the booking you wish to change here in the portal.
2. Book a new date and pay a new deposit. The initial deposit will also be allocated to the new appointment if it's within our cancellation notice period.
CANCELLATIONS
Little Psych Lane requires 2 business days cancellation notice.
