A few reminders;
- My 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including appointments booked online.
- Please carefully check the location of the appointment you are booking, whether it is at Brunswick East, Hawthorn or online via Telehealth.
- Appointment fees are; $250 during business hours and $270 before (8am) and after hours (4:30pm or later).
- You will receive an email confirmation when your appointment/s have been successfully booked. Your appointment may not be successfully booked if you do not receive this confirmation.
- It is not possible to cancel appointments using this portal. If you make a mistake when booking your appointment/s, I will happily help you fix this. Please just reach out to me at hello@kokomentalhealth.com.au.
