Welcome to the Kincumber Psychology Practice Client Portal.
Through your client portal you have the ability to book and change future appointments up to 3 months in advance. If you cannot find a suitable appointment time or date, please contact the practice on 0450 355 344.
Once your appointment is booked, we will confirm whether you would prefer Face to Face or Telehealth through our confirmation texts.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to book appointments with Registered Psychologist, Oliver Scott, please note on Tuesdays he only offers Telehealth (VIDEO OR PHONE) appointments.
If you are needing to cancel an upcoming appointment, you can do so via this portal up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. After this timeframe, please contact the practice. Please note any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a non-attendance fee as per our cancellation policy found in your signed consent forms.
If you are booking under a Workers Compensation Claim, NDIS, DVA or an Employee Assistance Program, please do not make an appointment online, instead please contact our practice on 0450 355 344.
