How to Access Our Services:
1) Book an intake assessment call. One of our provisional psychologists will contact you via phone at your selected time for a 20–30 minute assessment.
2) New to our clinic? After booking, please complete the pre-screening form included in your Intake Booking Confirmation email.
Note: This form must be completed prior to your appointment; your intake call cannot proceed without it.
3) Following your intake assessment call, we will determine whether our clinic is the right fit for your needs. If so, you will then be able to access the appropriate services.
