Important Information:
After booking, you will receive an automated email containing a link to our consent form. This form helps us determine whether our services align with your needs. Your appointment will not be confirmed until we have received and reviewed your responses. If additional information is required, we will contact you for a brief follow-up call. Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirming your appointment.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your appointment fee. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if you provide at least two full business days' notice, excluding the day of your appointment. Deposits expire 90 days from the date of your original booking. This deposit ensures we can effectively manage our psychologists’ schedules and support all clients.
Appointments scheduled after 5pm incur a $20 after-hours fee. For more details about our fees, please refer to the FAQ section of our website.
