IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. You will not be able to cancel appointments within the 48-hour window through the portal and need to contact reception.
Payments: Payments must be made on the day of your appointment.
Confidentiality: Your information is stored securely in line with Australian privacy and AHPRA guidelines.
