To make an appointment, you’ll need to log in to the Client Portal: • Use the email address you previously provided to Inclusion @ Heart or your practitioner. • If you haven’t accessed the portal before, click “Reset Your Password” on the login page. • If you forget your password later, you can reset it from the same page.
How to Log In 1. Click “Login”. 2. Enter your email and password, then press “Login”.
Booking an Appointment 1. Log in and click “Book an Appointment”. 2. Ensure the name you enter matches the name in my system. 3. Follow the steps to complete your booking. 4. Appointments will display as “Pending” until they are attended. 5. Select your preferred appointment type: • Home/Community Visit (Sunshine Coast/Northern Brisbane regions) 6. Telehealth (Australia-wide) • All appointments are displayed in your time zone. 7. If booking for a child or family member: • Click “Add Note” and include their name. 8. For community visits: • Add a note specifying your preferred meeting location. • Bookings require at least 1 day’s notice and are subject to availability. If you can’t find a suitable time or day, please contact us, and we’ll aim to accommodate your request (hello@iahsupport.com.au).
