This booking portal is for private paying, Medicare and Private health rebate clients.
If you are a DVA client, an NDIS participant with self managed or plan managed funds, or are booking on behalf of an NDIS client, please contact us at imperfectlyyounutrition@gmail.com or phone 0476136913 to arrange an appointment.

If this is your first time seeing us, please select from one of the 'Initial' appointment types listed. If you are a returning client, please select one of the 'Review' appointments. If you need assistance booking an appointment, please contact us.

Please note that 100% of your appointment fees are to be paid at the time of booking.
Payment via our Client Portal is by bank or credit card only. You may pay via bank transfer or bank card when booking directly with your practitioner.
You can book directly with your practitioner by emailing your preferred appointment type, date and time to imperfectlyyounutrition@gmail.com. When your appointment is scheduled, an invoice will be sent to you via email, which must be paid before your appointment. To pay via bank transfer, pay the full amount quoted to the bank details on the invoice and include your invoice number as the reference.
