• If it's your first time using this, you will need to click on 'Log In' and then click "Click here to reset your password" to Book Online.
• If referred under a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan, claims are processed after your appointment, and receipts are emailed to you directly. Rebates are typically deposited into your nominated bank account overnight or within two days.
• If you want to book an appointment using an alternative funding scheme, you will need to email us at hello@huntercs.au or call 02 4072 1449 to make your initial appointment.
• If you are having trouble using our booking system, please email us at hello@huntercs.au or call 02 4072 1449, and we can help you book appointments. Please feel free to leave a message if you get our answering machine.
• This booking system does not show appointments that may be available within 48 hours. If you would like to see if there are appointments in this time frame, please call us at 02 40721449.

• Cancellation fees of $100 are charged if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if we can fill your cancelled appointment.
