At Hello Sun Psychology, we provide high quality, evidence-based psychological support to help individuals overcome problems, and to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Booking Your Appointment:
-Choose the type of appointment that suits you best—whether it’s in-person at our practice or via secure video conferencing.
-Once you have made a booking, you will be prompted to make a client profile for this portal. In the week prior to your initial appointment, you will receive a detailed welcome email with all the information you need, including important information to complete before your session.
-For information related to our costs, clinician biographies, our location, and FAQs, please visit our website at www.hellosunpsychology.com.au.
-You don't need a referral. If you have any questions about insurance or Medicare, please check our FAQ on the website or contact us directly.
-For existing clients, you can use this Client Portal to manage your appointments and/or your invoices and receipts.
Please note that INITIAL appointments are paid in advance. You are able to reschedule these appointments, if required, prior to 24 hours before the appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee. SUBSEQUENT appointments are invoiced 48 hours before the appointment and are requested to be settled by the conclusion of the appointment. Fees are payable online via Stripe through the client portal, or in person by EFTPOS. If you are attending under a Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare claims will be submitted following the appointment.
