Appointments can only be rescheduled online up to 48hrs prior. Please contact our office for any late cancellations less than 48hrs as cancellation fees will apply. There is also an option for you to do your appointment via telehealth or in person. Kindly select your preference accordingly. Please note that all appointments after 5pm and on Saturday are charged at full fees and will incur an after hours surcharge of $20.
