NEW PATIENTS: We recommend booking 1-2 follow up appointments 2-4 weeks following your initial consultation. Please complete your new patient form which will be sent via email.
WAITLIST: Please email us info@flowpelvicphysio.com.au to be added to the waitlist, should you require an appointment sooner.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We appreciate that your time is precious and hope you understand that ours is too. We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment, so that we are able to help others. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be billed at 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice and no shows will be billed at 100% of the consultation fee.
APPT CHANGES: Our email and voicemail is monitored outside of hours. If you need to cancel or change an appointment during this time, please leave us a message. If for unforeseen circumstances at late notice you are unable to attend your appointment in person, such as illness, we will gladly convert your appointment to a Telehealth consult.
